If casting anchor bolt is not done before pouring the concrete, we can help by doing post-installed anchoring (chemical or mechanical anchors) using branded or imported injection mortars. We expertly install it in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification.

The installation of carbon fiber is the new technology that helps strengthen the structural concrete members. Our Column Retrofitting Service strengthens existing concrete columns using advanced carbon fiber reinforcement technology. We apply carbon fiber sheets or plates with a high-strength epoxy adhesive, creating a durable composite that enhances load-bearing capacity and structural performance. Ideal for upgrading aging infrastructure or meeting new design requirements.
Diamond core drilling is used to make a hole for pipes that will penetrate to walls or floors. The method is done by using a diamond segmented core bit and water as a coolant upon drilling.
Core drilling is also used for the extraction of concrete samples into an existing building to determine the compressive strength of the concrete.
We are using high strength epoxies to fill the gaps of cracks using a pressurized injection machine. The injection machine will ensure that the epoxies will penetrate up to the smallest crack in the concrete. We also provide cure solutions for honeycomb concrete using high strength-epoxies.
We conduct a pull-off adhesion test for applied fiber-reinforced polymer to retrofitted member based on ASTM 4541.
